The enterprise is located on an area 12 for sale,, with a facade
the length 400 m to one of the city streets. Farmland adjoins the back side –
expandable if necessary.

On the territory of the enterprise are located 4 production workshops, general
over 25 000 sq. m. , as well as an administrative 5-storey
building, total area over 8 000 sq. m. .
In total on the territory of the enterprise there is 40 buildings,
with total area 33 000 sq. m. , owned by ALC.

A railway line enters the territory.

Gas is supplied only for household, to high pressure gas pipe 100 m.

Water – artesian well (well in the territory), the volume of produced water is regulated
pumping station capacity. Quality meets all sanitary standards.

City sewerage.

Electricity – 3 substations.

A separate power line from the oblenergo to the plant, the length 7 km,
with a throughput capacity of up to 10 MW

The plant is not working now, but guarded.
The equipment is mainly metalworking, issued since 1957
on 1990 year, morally and technically outdated. Previously, the plant produced
injection molding machines.
